1. Paul, and Sylvanus, and Timotheus, the servants of
God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, unto the church of the
Thessalonians;.

presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his everlasting power;

2. That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled by
letter, except ye receive it from us; neither by spirit, nor by word, as
that the day of Christ is at hand.
