Teaching the financial law is both an obligation and an opportunity for the priesthood (Aaronic in particular).  It is an obligation from the perspective that God commands it.  It is an opportunity from the perspective that it is extremely rewarding to see God work in the temporal lives of His people and to be allowed to play a very small part in that miracle.
