Physical creation on earth was the joining of Spirit (heaven) with Body (birth) to create a Living Soul

The 2/3 of the host of heaven who were not disobedient make up the pool of available spirits who may receive a body on earth. At death, the spirit returns to God for judgment and the body returns to the earth from which it came. At the resurrection of the dead, the body and spirit are reunited.

The Fall of manElder Robert E. Giertz

Point #1 - Jesus Christ was in the beginning with God

(Col 1:16-17 KJV) For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. [Other References to Christ in the beginning: John 17:5,24; John 6:62; 1 Peter 1:19,20; Revelation 13:8; John 8:58]

(Isa 45:7 KJV) I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. Jesus = light (John 8:12) Satan = darkness (Eph 6:12; Acts 26:18; Col 1:13)

(Prov 16:4 KJV) The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Point #2 - Satan was in the beginning with God

(Ezek 28:15 KJV) Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. See also Eze 28:14-19.

Point #3 - Man was in the beginning with God (created a spiritual being first)

(Jer 1:5 KJV) Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. See also: Eccl. 12:7; Eph 1:4; In Gen 2:1 it refers to the heavenly host being created, but in verse 5 it states that man was not yet on the earth.

Point #4 - God was pleased with what & how all things were created

(Gen 1:31 KJV) And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Point #5 - Even before the physical creation of man, a spiritual fall occurred because of sin & rebellion

(Rev 12:7 KJV) And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,

(Rev 12:9 KJV) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

(Rev 12:4 KJV) And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

(Jude 1:6 KJV) And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

(Isa 14:12 KJV) How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

(2 Pet 2:4 KJV) For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;

(Rev 12:10 KJV) And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

(Eph 2:2 KJV) Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

(2 Cor 11:14 KJV) And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

(Gen 2:15 KJV) And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

(Gen 2:16 KJV) And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

(Gen 2:17 KJV) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

(1 John 3:4 KJV) Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

(John 1:8-9 KJV) He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

(Deu 30:15,19 KJV) See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

(Prov 15:3 KJV) The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

(Isa 5:20 KJV) Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

(1 Ki 18:21 KJV) And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two

opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

Accountability: Not judged until one is able to determine the difference between good and evil.

(Deu 1:39 KJV) Moreover your little ones, which ye said should be a prey, and your children, which in that day had no knowledge between good and evil, they shall go in thither, and unto them will I give it, and they shall possess it.

(James 4:17 KJV) Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

(1 Pet 5:8 KJV) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

(Mat 10:28 KJV) And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

(Heb 2:14 KJV) Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

(Gen 3:6 KJV) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to

the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

(Rom 5:12 KJV) Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

(Prov 14:12 KJV) There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

(Isaiah 55:7-9 KJV) The Lord's ways are not man's ways.

(2 Cor 2:11 KJV) Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

(1 Tim 2:14 KJV) And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

Satan sought to tempt Eve, not Adam. Adam sinned as well because he had been instructed directly by the Lord not to partake of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He knew both the will of the Lord and the penalty for disobedience. This is why Paul say's that Adam was not deceived by the temptation of Satan.

(Gen 3:15 KJV) And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

Satan worked hard to create the circumstances where an innocent Christ would be crucified. He entered into the heart of Judas to betray Jesus (John 13:2), He worked the crowds to demand Jesus' death. He labored to turn every miracle that Jesus performed into something that would not be believed. Despite all these efforts, Jesus arose from the dead to bruise the head of Satan. In the end, Jesus is victorious over Satan. By being himself, Satan helped to bring the plan of salvation to a successful conclusion.

(Rom 16:20 KJV) And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

(1 John 3:8 KJV) He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

(1 Cor 15:21-22 KJV) For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

(Rev 1:18 KJV) I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

(Rev 12:12 KJV) Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

(James 2:19 KJV) Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
